I’m 18 so I’m still young and I’m still learning. But I mean, relationships in general are hard.
No matter how talented you are, not everyone is going to like you, but that’s life. Stay strong.
When I get off a flight, I’m not trying to sit there and let them take pictures of me. I’m tired. I’m scratching my eyes. I just don’t like taking pictures in general.
I play drums and guitar. My best instrument is definitely drums, so I’m featured a lot on the album drumming. It’s pretty futuristic as well.
I like to just see what’s going on at a certain location and see what there is to do. If it looks and sounds like I’m able to have fun there, then I’m all for it.

I don’t own a jet, but I rent jets in my spare time. That’s the quickest and most comfortable.
When I release something, I’m like, “OK, I want it to be the best.” When I release my fragrance, I want it to be the number one fragrance. I don’t want it to be like, “Oh yeah, you got ninth on the rankings.”
I always looked really young. I matured pretty late.
At 13 you’re not even thinking about that, you know? I was just playing for fun and uploading videos on YouTube because I wanted to show my family.
I listened to a lot of Michael Jackson growing up. A lot of Boyz II Men. I loved Mariah Carey. Just big vocalists. I was always that kid who just wore whatever and did whatever.
I think love is like a learning process throughout your life. You learn how to be better at it and you learn more about it.
That’s going to be the biggest problem, to make people feel like it’s cool for them to like my music.
Everybody grows up and they have to make decisions, and they try and make the best decisions that they know how to. It’s taken them their whole lives to finally step out and start making their own decisions.
Not everyone’s going to like my music. People might not like my music, because I’m just not their style of music that they like to listen to.
You don’t need to go to church to be a Christian. If you go to Taco Bell, that doesn’t make you a taco.
Love isn’t do this for me and I’m going to do this for you. That’s not what love is. Love is just I’m gonna do this for you because I wanna do this for you.

I didn’t want to come off arrogant or conceited, or basically how I’ve been acting the past year, year and a half... although what’s happened in the past has happened, I just want to... be kind and loving and gentle and soft.
Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever dealt with.
