I am not that person who walks in a room with my nose in the sky. I smile at people when I meet them, and I like photos of me when I’m smiling because they show my personality. I am always trying to have fun.

What are you going to do if you have all the money in the world and all the things that you wanted to achieve in your business and you have no one to share it with? You come home alone at the end of the day. And then what?

I have always been too round to do fashion shows.
I like doing small parts, because I don’t feel I’m that practised in acting. It’s like making baby steps towards a bigger goal.
But I think the most important thing is to find the love of your life and have fun in love. And enjoy and appreciate what comes to you.
I think you always need to try your best, but at the same time you can only do what you can do. Don’t beat yourself up about it.
I come from a place where we’re not that shy about our bodies.
With my busy schedule, it’s impossible to have a set fitness routine. So instead I like to try and incorporate exercise into my daily life whenever I can – which requires some creativity.
I spend a lot of time with my family. I go to bed early, don’t watch too much television, don’t read everything that’s written about me whether positive or negative.
It’s not difficult for me to stay healthy. I like healthy food. It’s also become a lifestyle for me and I need a certain fitness level to be able to travel and have good skin and nails. If I ate worse then it would be difficult for me to keep up and it also wouldn’t be so good for my looks either.
A sense of duty – – you only really get this feeling when you have a child. You always only used to be responsible for yourself and then there is also a child.
When I started to run, I would run a mile and then walk a mile and kept building up as time went on. If you are running on the street, go one mailbox or one house further each day. It also helps to build up your endurance!
To me, life is about creating memories. The regular days kind of just blend in. You have to create special times so that you will always remember them.
My best advice is to work out with a buddy. They keep you motivated and get you out of bed.
