Meditation is the royal road to the attainment of freedom, a mysterious ladder that reaches from earth to heaven, darkness to light, mortality to Immortality.
God is all-full. He is self-contained. He is eternal satisfaction.

Fear is only in duality. Fear is Mind. When you are your Self, there is no fear.
Moral values, and a culture and a religion, maintaining these values are far better than laws and regulations.
Your duty is to treat everybody with love as a manifestation of the Lord.

After the demands of the ego and its greed surrendered, the struggle for fulfillment of personal desires lessens; life takes on a new zest like a breath of fresh air.
Without discipline in spiritual pursuits, the central nervous system doesn’t have a chance to adjust and grow with the increased demand. It would be like putting a high voltage into a small bulb – it is bound to explode.
