Stop focusing into the problem. Stop wanting it to be more or less. Stop wanting it to go. Stop wanting to change it. Stop wanting to figure it out. Stop wanting to control it. It will naturally collapse when you decide to be Awareness. Everything that is not love collapses in the face of love. Everything that is not real collapses in the face of Awareness.
Don’t expect people, circumstances, and events to change for you to feel better, because none of them ever will. You’ll never be happy if you wait for the world to change according to your desires or your expectations. To change how you feel in any given moment is always an inside job.
Choose to be grateful no matter what!
Gratitude makes relationships flourish. As you increase your gratitude for any relationship, you will magically receive an abundance of happiness and good things in that relationship. And gratitude for your relationships doesn’t change only your relationships; it also changes you. No matter what your temperament is now, gratitude will give you more patience, understanding, compassion, and kindness, to the point where you won’t even recognize yourself.
