Fear is a force that sharpens your senses. Being afraid is a state of paralysis in which you can’t do anything.
The real battle is won in the mind. It’s won by guys who understand their areas of weakness, who sit and think about it, plotting and planning to improve. Attending to the detail. Work on their weaknesses and overcome them. Because they can.

I will never quit. My nation expects me to be physically harder and mentally stronger than my enemies. If knocked down I will get back up, every time. I will draw on every remaining ounce of strength to protect my teammates and to accomplish our mission. I am never out of the fight.
Anything worth doing is worth over-doing. Moderation is for cowards.
In death as in life, we stand together, always a family, always a team. The brotherhood never dies.

We all have our crosses to bear. We carry them heavily, out of love for our brothers in arms. But sometimes you have to let go of the idea that anyone down here is in control.
There is no other way to beat a terrorist. You must fight like him, or he will surely kill you.
Because everyone knows liberals have never been wrong about anything. You can ask them. Anytime.
To break a Navy Seal, you have to kill us. That’s why we can make it into our training. That’s why we can call ourselves Seals because the only way your gonna break us is to kill us.
You can’t kill bad guys all day long because others will take their place.
We aren’t heroes out there in the military. We’re just Patriots.
There’s nothing heroic about suicide bombers. They’re mostly just dumb, brainwashed kids, stoned out of their minds.
With 300 Marines you could probably take over Iraq if you wanted to and get rid of ISIS completely.
And if the liberal media and political community cannot accept that sometimes the wrong people get killed in war, then I can only suggest they first grow up and then serve a short stint up in the Hindu Kush.
I spend most of my time at the ranch with my family, and enjoy life – watch the sun come up, watch it go down, thank God for another day, and just be happy.
