When I’m speaking on stage I feel my most empowered and my most vulnerable. So much could go wrong. That tension is such a rush.
Your desires will very often be contradictory and so will your strengths. All of our contradictions make us whole.
But what if we took it one step further and made an effort to actually transform our pain into something beautiful? What if we went full out and made an effort to transform other people’s pain into something beautiful?
You can only do what ONLY YOU can do. Do that. The universe will configure around your very best efforts. Willingly.
Laying on the floor and listening to music might be all the therapy that you need.
Happiness is like rising bubbles – delightful and inevitably fleeting. Joy is the oxygen – ever present.

You always have access to your truth. You always have access to the divine feminine.
Gratitude puts everything into perspective.
Give it your all. Give it away. Your desires are being held in the hand of the cosmos with incredibly sturdy care. Life is not testing you. She is rooting for you.
Start leaving what you want to leave. Your future is waiting.
My friend and coach reminded me this week that there is a moment when the acrobat lets go of one trapeze and is completely suspended in mid-air before she catches the incoming rung. You have to let go to get there.
