We don’t realise that we are actually perfect just the way we are. We are born perfect, but spend a lifetime trying to be something we are not, and then feel inadequate for failing. Your only purpose is to BE YOURSELF, otherwise you will deprive the universe of who you came here to be.
Loving yourself means being your own best friend, standing by yourself at all times, including times of failure; being there for yourself no matter what.
Spirituality does not have to be serious. You are spirituality. Fun laughter heal you faster than anything. Introduce fun back into your life.
When you realize your own magnificence, you will only attract magnificence into your life.
Your only purpose is to be yourself, otherwise you deprive the universe of who you came here to be.
Everything that seemingly happens externally is occurring in order to trigger something within us, to expand us and take us back to who we truly are.

The more we try and understand enlightenment the more it will elude us. And that’s because enlightenment does not come from the mind. It comes form ‘no-mind.’ It comes form just being. You are already enlightened. You just have to realize it to allow it into your experience.
One of the biggest lessons I learned from nearly dying of cancer is the importance of loving myself unconditionally. In fact, learning to love and accept myself unconditionally is what healed me and brought me back from the brink of death.

I believe that the greatest truths of the universe don’t lie outside, in the study of the stars and the planets. They lie deep within us, in the magnificence of our heart, mind, and soul. Until we understand what is within, we can’t understand what is without.
