Just as your physical body is composed of tissue, organs, bones, and different parts, so your subtle physical body has many different parts.
The subtle physical body is made up of strands of luminous energy, and the energies are flowing through them constantly in the etheric plane. Above the subtle body is the causal body.
Just as there are primary colors from which all of the others come forth when they’re combined, so there are primary vibratory qualities of energy and light within us.
You can move in and through the astral worlds once you have gained control of your subtle body. The astral worlds are the back corridors of eternity!
Some people travel to other dimensions in their astral bodies when they meditate. But astral traveling doesn’t bring a person lasting happiness. If astral traveling is not done properly, it can be quite dangerous.
The astral dimensions afford you opportunities to have experiences and gain insights into the structural nature of how dimensions are made up and phased together.
There’s really no pain in the realm of the higher astral. A lot of spirits are playing mini-golf having a good time.
The key to meditation is focusing on specific symbols. The symbols are the chakras.
The chakra is a doorway. These are doorways that lead you into other dimensions. But you have to focus on them to the exclusion of everything else.
There are seven primary chakras located in the subtle physical body, the body of light and energy that is our awareness and that surrounds the physical.
The planes of consciousness are correlated to what we call the chakras, which are located along the shushumna.
The shushumna is a tube. It is an astral tube, like a reed. It runs from the base of the spine to between the eyebrows and a little bit above.
There are six chakras or energy vortexes that lie along that tube. There is a seventh chakra located several inches above the head, but it is not connected.
There are thousands of lesser chakras. Chakras are doorways to other worlds. When you focus on them, you step into something else.
There are many other chakras, or nadis as they are also called. There are chakras in the hands, fingertips, feet and a number of other areas.
There are chakras in the hands; you’ve seen me use those quite frequently when I meditate. I project the shakti, the kundalini, through the chakras in the hands to people I meditate with.
When you focus on a chakra, it’s very easy to bring subtle physical energies into your consciousness.
Chakras really are dimensions. We think of them as objects, but they’re not really. They’re dimensional access points, whereby we can enter into different levels of mind, and that happens automatically.
The power chakra is the navel center. The center of balance is the heart chakra; it’s the center of our being. The third eye is the center of wisdom, the Agni chakra.
The third eye is located between the eyebrows and a little above. The heart center is located directly in the center of the chest. The naval center is about two inches below the navel.
