Take a couple of days by yourself and rent a nice cabin in some nice, happy place. Stay a day or two and meditate and take walks in areas that feel good to you. Find out who you are again. Remember.
We hide from ourselves by being with others.
Get in touch with nature. The stillness of nature is profound and yet subtle.
You don’t need to be recluse and stay away from people. But you have to set aside a lot of time for stillness. That is the only place there is real fulfillment. You need to slow it down.
If you thrive on the city energy it is necessary to leave the city frequently and to walk in parks, to get away from people. You are more sensitive than you realize. Find a spot that makes you happy.
It is important to have a certain amount of solitude just to clear your circuits. You will find that you can be very happy just being by yourself. Go to new places. It will cleanse your spirit.
It is most important to have time alone. To be alone is not to be alone. It is only possible to truly feel immortality when we are by ourselves.

As you become a powerful person, it becomes increasingly important to have periods of solitude. Take a weekend by yourself. Go up into the mountains or desert and check into a little cabin. Go by yourself.
Nature soothes us. Nature heals us, and something more, the woods are a place of power.
We need to preserve these sacred locations for ourselves, for the species of plants and animals that coexist in harmony there, and for the future generations of humankind that will need to be refreshed, renewed and healed by them.
You can judge a civilization by its level of agreement with the green world. When people respect nature, it’s a sign of a healthy situation. When they denigrate nature, it’s a sign of an unhealthy civilization that will soon perish.
You can be alone too in the city streets, among the crowds. We are all alone.
