In every situation you have two choices: Will you learn through fear or will you learn through love? UNIVERSAL.
I witness that I’m out of alignment with my power. I choose to see peace instead of this.” This.
Thank you, spirit, for your guidance. We surrender this grievance to you, and we welcome you in to reorganize all limiting beliefs back to love.
Praying is the time to ask and meditating is the time to listen.
But giving up fear is like giving up sugar: they’re both sneaky ingredients that hide out in almost everything. And just when you think you’ve got that craving under control, suddenly it rears its not-so-pretty head again.
Practice saying this prayer before every encounter that triggers the shadows from your past: “I want to see this person for the first time.” When.
Forgiveness tears down the ego’s walls of separation and reunites us as one. The anger and fear of the ego’s illusion disappear. There’s no more “he said, she said.” It all just lifts. It feels as though chains have been removed and you’ve been set free from a lifetime of terror. Why continue rehearsing the role of victim when you could be free and happy?
When we chase happiness externally, we’re simply looking for God in all the wrong places.
Through the power of your intentions you can reorganize your energy in an instant. Remember that your intentions create your reality. Power lies in knowing how your positive presence expands your outer life. With this newfound awareness, you can easily see when you’re in alignment with your power and when you’re not. When you’re disconnected, you can recite your prayer and get back into the flow. I witness that I’m out of alignment with my power. I choose to see peace instead of this.
Your presence is your power. Be mindful of how your thoughts, words, and energy disconnect you from the Universe. And know the difference between what it feels like to be connected to the presence of your power versus what it feels like when you’re not.
It’s the journey that matters, not the destination.
Judgment is the number one reason we feel blocked, sad, and alone. Our popular culture and media place enormous value on social status, looks, racial and religious separation, and material wealth. We are made to feel less than, separate, and not good enough, so we use judgment to insulate ourselves from the pain of feeling inadequate, insecure, or unworthy. It’s easier to make fun of, write off, or judge someone for a perceived weakness of theirs than it is to examine our own sense of lack.
The next time you get hung up in a victim mentality over why something isn’t working out the way you planned, simply say this prayer and realign with love: “Thank you, Universe, for helping me see this obstacle as an opportunity. I will step back and let you lead the way.
To begin your commitment to new perceptions, start by paying attention to attack thoughts toward yourself and others. Whenever you notice your thoughts detour into attack mode, say out loud or to yourself: Happiness is a choice I make. Make this your mantra.
I step back and let the Universe lead the way.
Hope reminds us of the power of love and clears the path toward the highest good for all.
I recognize that I have chosen wrongly, I forgive this thought, and I choose again. I choose love.
Your purpose is to be joyful. Your purpose is to live with ease. Your purpose is to surrender to the love of the Universe so you can live a happy life. Accept the purpose of love, and your life will radically change this instant.
Honor the trauma, honor the pain, and honor the fear, knowing that all along the peace of love was always shining through you.
What would happen if you chose to be more playful and have more fun? This concept may bring up resistance because we’re taught to live in the opposite way. We’re taught that we must struggle to achieve and that success comes from “making things happen.” We learn that good things don’t happen without a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. I challenge you to move beyond these beliefs of limitation and suffering. I challenge you to accept that you’re here to have fun.
