What possible good does it do to resent any moment for unfolding as it does, to wish it didn’t happen? Does it change the moment in any positive way? No it does not.

Psychologically speaking, what is true requires no protection, and never becomes negative when challenged. On the other hand, what is false almost never stops trying to protect itself, which it does by finding fault with whatever or whoever challenges the false image behind which it always hides.
Know that everything is in perfect order whether you understand it or not.
If you want light to come into your life, you need to stand where it is shining.
What you don’t want to know about yourself wants to be known, which is why it keeps ‘showing up’ at your door unannounced!
