God has a higher and better way for you.
The law justified no one and condemned the best of us, but grace saves even the worst of us. Yet, there are still people today trying.
God does not leave you wondering whether you are saved or not. He tells you outright that you are His and that nothing can ever separate you from the love of Christ. Not even sin because His blood is greater than your sin! Knowing that all your sins are forgiven is crucial for your health, peace of mind, wholeness and wellness.
The law always ministers condemnation. If you are under the law, every time you fail and fall short of God’s standards, you will be condemned. Grace, on the other hand, always ministers righteousness. That’s why it is called the ministry of righteousness, which exceeds the ministry of condemnation in glory by much more.
God is not against you having money and material things. He is against money and things having you.
You will find that when Jesus walked on earth, most of His miracles were in the area of healing. That is because His nature is to heal.
God will never condemn us because His only begotten Son has already been condemned on our behalf.
The “ruler of this world” is the devil, the accuser himself. When God created Adam and Eve, He gave them dominion over the world. But when Adam sinned, he handed this dominion over to the devil. That’s why we live in a fallen world today, where we see sicknesses, diseases, wars, earthquakes and floods around us. These are not the “acts of God”. They are the acts of the devil! Jesus did not come to destroy lives, but to save lives12.
When God brought the children of Israel out of Egypt to bring them into the Promised Land, He made sure that none of them were sick. Psalm 105:37 37He also brought them out with silver and gold, and there was none feeble among His tribes.
The Holy Spirit is called the “Comforter”13. He is here to comfort you and to point you back to the cross of Jesus every time you fail. The only thing that He will convict you of is your righteousness in Jesus Christ!
Bible scholars estimate that there were about 2.5 million Israelites who left Egypt healed, healthy and whole. That was and still is God’s will for His people today – all healed, healthy and whole.
An evil conscience is one that is perpetually conscious of sin and failure, and typically expects punishment. It is a conscience that is under condemnation.
1 John 1:7 7But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. Notice that for us, believers who “walk in the light”, it is not our confessions that cleanse us from all sin, but the blood of Jesus!
The bottom line is that the Holy Spirit never convicts you of your sins. He NEVER comes to point out your faults.
I am not looking at what I deserve. I am looking at what Jesus deserves.
Knowing that you are forgiven of all your sins will give you the power to reign over every destructive habit and live a life of victory!
It is the presence of the Lord in your life that makes you a success! From Genesis 39:2, it is clear that success is not what you have, but rather who you have! Joseph literally had nothing materially, but at the same time, he had everything because the Lord was with him. The material things that you have accumulated or are feverishly trying to amass do not make you a success. It is the presence of the Lord in your life that makes you a success!
The Bible records that whenever the Lord was with them in battle, the children of Israel were never defeated, and every military campaign ended in overwhelming success.
Genesis 39:2 – “The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man...
The more you focus on beholding Jesus in all His loveliness and the less you struggle to earn things by your own merits, the more you become safe for greater success in your life.
