No matter what the problem is, our experiences are just outer effects of inner thoughts.
Your mind is a tool you can choose to use any way you wish.
I release any feelings of competition or comparison. I simply do my best and enjoy being me.
I speak up for myself. I claim my power now.
When our inner vision opens, our horizons expand.
I am totally free to choose thoughts of joy. It is my Divine right to do so.
I am gentle with myself, knowing that I am doing the best I can with the knowledge and understanding I have.
Look at the problems in your life. Ask yourself, ‘What kind of thoughts am I having that create this?’
I no longer criticize anyone – not even myself. I only give out positive vibes.
We’re all – all of us – a minute away from dying. If you’re aware of that, life becomes a little more precious. Also, you have a slightly different outlook. It’s not so much “gimme, gimme.”
Healing means accepting all parts of ourselves, not just the parts we like, but all of us.
The more you connect to the Power within you, the more you can be free in all areas of your life.
No matter where you are in life, no matter what you’ve contributed to creating, no matter what’s happening, you are always doing the best you can with the understanding and awareness and knowledge that you have. And when you know more, you will do differently, as I did.
I think you can learn to have much more pleasant thoughts moving through your mind that will help ease any situation, and it takes making a conscious choice to do so.
Every thought we think and every word we speak is an affirmation of what we believe about life and it’s the same with magnetism.
No matter whether your life is pleasant or good; whether you are having big challenges or no challenges, your state of your mind has everything to do with how you will relate to your experiences.
Everything I need to know is revealed to me. Everything I need comes to me. All is well in my life.
I think that the way we begin our day is really the way we live our day and the way we live our lives; and that not enough of us are really aware of it.
If people wake up and go, “Oh, where’s the coffee,” or “Oh, another day,” that does not set a good tone for the day.
I wish the children could be taught early on that our thinking creates our experience.
