Every day create your history, every path you take you’re leaving your legacy.
I love to read. I wish I could advise more people to read. There’s a whole new world in books. If you can’t afford to travel, you travel mentally through reading. You can see anything and go any place you want to in reading.
I always hated the world “acting” – to say, “I’m an actor.” It should be more like a believer.
It’s always difficult for anyone trying to compete against their past achievements.
I think the actor or performer should be – to touch that truth inside of a person. Touch that reality so much that they become a part of what you’re going and you can take them anywhere you want to.
I always like to plan ahead of time and follow up.
I love realism. I don’t like plastics. Deep down inside we’re all the same.
Going to my shows, it’s like a religious experience, because you come out, you go in one person, you come out a different person.
One day my dad said, “If you guys ever stop singing, I’ll drop you like a hot potato.” That’s what he said. It hurt me. You don’t say that to children and I never forgot it.
The happiness and the joy that I see in the eyes of the children. They saved my life so I want to, give it back. I’m not joking.
When I was five I was touring, singing and dancing. Always gone, always out of school.
I’ve never asked a girl out in my life, they have to ask me.
With acting, it’s like becoming another person. I think that’s neat, especially when you totally forget. If you totally forget, which I love to do, that’s when it’s magic.
It’s not fair. Why won’t the media leave me alone? Why?
Mistruths are printed as fact, in some cases, and frequently only half of a story will be told.
Look beyond yourself.
Lies run sprints, but the truth runs marathons. The truth will win this marathon in court.
What happened to truth? Did it go out of style?
I’m a perfectionist; I’ll work until I drop.
This world we live in is the dance of the creator. Dancers come and go in the twinkling of an eye, but the dance lives on.
