Something brought you here. Trust that it will satisfy its own intention to take you Home.
Don’t belong to anything. Don’t belong to anyone. Just Be. Feel your Being first and foremost, and don’t compare or compete. Just Be your Being.
Be in the spirit of Truth and any words you speak are in alignment with that spirit.
You already are, the peace you are looking for. Be still and know that.
The simplest aspect of self-enquiry is to just hold onto the sense I AM, the sense of Being. Keep the sense of “I” or “I AM” by itself. Everyone can do this exercise – it brings immediate results.
The Light of one human being who discovers the Truth has been lighting human existence for thousands of years. Such is the power of a human being who realizes the Truth of who they are.
Don’t try and save yourself. The self that is trying to be saved is not you.
Something is aware of even the energy of confusion inside of you. There is no need to get unconfused. Leave it – it will pass.
All the mind-streams eventually flow into the One ocean Beingness. There are many pathways for the mind; there are no paths for the Heart, for the Heart is infinite and fills everything.
If the ‘I am the doer’ idea goes, then only I Am remains and that ‘I Am’ has no religion.
Attempting to identify with the source is an idea. You are already that.
The way of the mind is to study many things; the way of the Beingness is to focus on one thing...
Consciousness shakes off the littleness of being and finds the infinite space in which all things have a place. Be in your universality.
The place you are looking for is the place from which you are looking.
Whatever comes, don’t push it away. When it goes, do not grieve.
All experiences come and go. What witnesses experiencing itself?
Self-Enquiry is not asking you to believe or to trust – it is putting a mirror in front of you and asking you to look. Enquiry is suited to many people in the West, because we are more mental. And it is very direct. So unsparing is its look that nothing can escape.
There are no garments. There’s no undressing now. There’s nothing at all.
You are here. You are not the one who will go and come. Let what you’re suffering from go and come, not you. You stay put.
The mind is like the wind. You’re trying to stop the wind, dressed as a kite. How are you going to do it?
