By striving to be the best we can be, we create the internal blueprint by which we do the best we can do. On a soul level, we want to work, we want to create, we want to be productive and serve others and share our gifts with the world.
Your human self might be in hell right now, but your divine self is literally untouched by your suffering. And your divine self is who you are.

When we choose to love, or to allow our minds to be one with God, then life is peaceful. When we turn away from love, the pain sets in. And whether we love, or close our hearts to love, is a mental choice we make, every moment of every day.
What we mentally refuse to permit others, we refuse ourselves. What we bless in others, we draw to us.

The goal of spiritual practice is full recovery, and the only thing you need to recover from is a fractured sense of self. If you don’t already believe it yourself, another person cannot convince you you’re okay.
