When there is complete peace of mind when the outer world is chaotic you will truly be free.

Don’t get caught in the trap of always “Needing” something. Needing something always projects your mind into the future as if you have it and is the opposite of gratitude. Be content in the present moment.
Think of the fears, hit 3rd gear no point in looking back in the rear view mirror.
Inspired action is when you take action with no mind. Pure silence.
The path to enlightenment is when you allow presence, love and gratitude to overlap your ego.
The more emphasis we put on wanting things to change, the more unpeaceful we will be. The more emphasis we put on accepting and having gratitude for ‘What is’ the closer we are to arriving at Nirvana.
Don’t wish that people would change. Accept them for who they are and keep on searching for your higher ’self.
Creativity is applied Imagination.

If you want to live a creative life, get efficient at failing.
Only use the mind for practical ways in life. Use your deep inner body energy, observation and breath to glide through life.
Let emotions happen naturally. If we try to control them they will never be released and will stick with us like a shadow. But if we can observe them with no judgement, no labels and when we do label them because it’s difficult transmute them into positive creativity.
If I had lost everything and was out on the streets with no money I would go sit in the library and read and meditate for weeks at a time.
