God’s Word was true, even though everything in us doubted. God’s Word was true, even though part of us didn’t want to believe it. God’s Word was true, even though every engine in ourselves seemed to be firing with shame, accusation, hopelessness, and fear. The Truth was still true. Sometimes holding tight will feel more like hanging on, but don’t give up. Don’t believe the lie that you should let go. God holds you. Hold tight to Him.
