I do everything via email. Which in turn works as my tickler file and prioritization queue. I start at the top every morning and keep on going until I’m finished. I don’t do calls. I don’t do meetings.
Don’t start a company unless it’s an obsession and something you love. If you have an exit strategy, it’s not an obsession.
