Depression occurs when you are not being yourself.
Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you are a good person is a little like expecting the bull not to attack you because you are a vegetarian.
Rather than focus on the negative aspects of change, which is loss, I focus on the adventure of it and say “What’s next?”
