Love yourself like your life depends on it, because it does.
If you have trouble accessing your true feelings about a choice, try flipping a coin. Notice your gut reaction to the outcome of the toss – if you feel a positive response, go with that option. If your gut clenches, choose a different option.
My many fears and my great power had manifested as this disease.
What I mean by being “centered” is experiencing being at the center of my cosmic web, being aware of my position. This is really the only place any of us ever are, and it’s important to feel our centrality at the core of it.
For example, when I feel an incredible desire for where I want my life to go, I know that if I were to pursue it aggressively, this would only cause me to fight against universal energy. The more effort I have to put into trying to attain it, the more I know that I am doing something wrong. Allowing, on the other hand, doesn’t require effort. It feels more like a release, because it means realizing that since everything is One, that which I intend to get is already mine.
I then understood that even if my physical body stopped, everything is still perfect in the greater tapestry of life, for we never truly die.
One of the things I believe is that we already are what we spend our lives trying to attain, but we just don’t realize it!
I could feel my attachment recede as I began to know that everything was perfect and going according to plan.
The reasons for their illness lie in their personal journey and are probably related to their individual purpose.
Therefore, he concluded, it’s “important to have a really good, positive attitude for every moment of your life even if you don’t see a reason for doing it in the first place.” I couldn’t help but smile.
Your only work is to love yourself, value yourself, and embody this truth of self-worth and self-love so that you can be love in action. That is true service, to yourself and to those who surround you.
Every aspect of you is perfect. There’s nothing to let go, nothing to forgive, nothing to attain. You already are everything you need to be. It can seem so complicated, but it’s not.
Unconditional self-love increases my energy tremendously, and the universe acts in kind.
There’s no separation except in our own minds.
Seeing this, I understood that I owed it to myself, to everyone I met, and to life itself to always be an expression of my own unique essence. Trying to be anything or anyone else didn’t make me better – it just deprived me of my true self!
Good teachers help you believe in yourself, rather than cultivate a belief in them. They teach you to connect to the divinity within you.
The outside world is loud and demanding so the first step in honing our powers is learning to deal effectively with sensory overload. We have to identify and manage the things that jam our inner guidance system. And that involves turning down the volume on the outside world so we can hear what’s going on inside.
The best way out of pain is to go through it. That’s where the real gold lies. This means first recognising that the pain’s there, and then accepting it. You acknowledge its presence and allow yourself to truly feel it. You own it. Pain is never without gift. Above all else, pain gives us the empathy to better understand others who are also going through loss, grief and suffering. These experiences actually make us more human – and more divine.
Your sensitivity opens up six sensory world. It’s connected to the other side. If you block your sensitivity, you block what’s coming in from the other realm. The thing is to be aware that you’re giving your power to the outside world, and to start giving it to your own inner world or to your higher self.
We’re born with a strong intuitive connection to everything and everyone around us, but we live in a world that barely acknowledges our sixth sense. However, for some of us, our inner knowing is as strong, or maybe even stronger, than our other senses.
When we deny that part of ourselves – one sixth of our senses – we deny part of who we are. And this is why empaths and highly sensitive and intuitive people struggle in this world. They are forced to deny one of their fundamental senses that helps them to navigate the world, and in doing so, they end up feeling lost and confused.
