You can’t train them to express their anger in mature ways simply by getting upset at them and forcing them to stop venting their anger.

Time is a precious commodity. We all have multiple demands on our time, yet each of us has the exact same hours in a day. We can make the most of those hours by committing some of them to our spouse. If your mate’s primary love language is quality time, she simply wants you, being with her, spending time.

When you are given public honor for an accomplishment, be sure to share the credit with your spouse.
Child psychologists affirm that every child has certain basic emotional needs that must be met if he is to be emotionally stable.
