Your Customers Are Not Curious About You, They Are Curious About How You Can Solve Their Problem.
The whole experience makes me wonder if the time we spend trying to become somebody people will love isn’t wasted because the most powerful, most attractive person we can be is who we already are, an ever-changing being that is becoming and will never arrive, but has opinions about what is seen along the journey.
I wonder if what might help couples build great families is to pick a place for their family to go and then hit the gas, to work toward their vision and build it out.

For so much of my life I had been defending Christianity because I thought to admit that we had done any wrong was to discredit the religious system as a whole, but it isn’t a religious system, it is people following Christ; and the important thing to do, the right thing to do, was to apologize for getting in the way of Jesus.
But love doesn’t control, and I suppose that’s why it’s the ultimate risk.

Create reciprocity. I’ve never worried about giving away too much free information. In fact, the more generous a brand is, the more reciprocity they create.
