I love and approve of myself. I love and approve of my body. I feed it nourishing foods and beverages. I exercise it in ways that are fun.
Every decision you make reflects your evaluation of who you are.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
If you can’t be a sun, be a star. For it isn’t by size that you win or fail. Be the best of whatever you are.
The first step is the hardest – making a commitment to yourself, for yourself.
You are valuable because you exist. Not because of what you do or what you have done – but simply because you are.
Remember, you are special because I made you. And I don’t make mistakes.
The real difficulty is to overcome how you think about yourself.
Start with the man in the mirror. Start with yourself. Don’t be looking at all the other things. Start with you.
Often people just don’t see what I see. They have too much doubt. You can’t do your best when you’re doubting yourself. If you don’t believe in yourself, who will?
I know who I am inside and outside, and I know what I want to do. And I will always go with my dreams.
I am the greatest. I said that even before I knew I was. Don’t tell me I can’t do something. Don’t tell me it’s impossible. Don’t tell me I’m not the greatest. I’m the double greatest.
The purpose of life is to create your Self anew, in the next grandest version of the greatest vision ever you held about Who You Are. It is to announce and become, express and fulfill, experience and know your true Self.
To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.
Dream big, my friend, and never give up. We all make mistakes, but none of us are mistakes. Take one day at a time. Embrace the positive attitudes, perspectives, principles and truths I share, and you, too, will overcome.
True happiness lies within you.
Seek spiritual riches within. What you are is much greater than anyone or anything else you have ever yearned for.
When you say ‘yes’ to others, make sure you are not saying ‘no’ to yourself.
The only journey is the one within.
Make the most of yourself, for that is all there is of you.
