If we make a conscious decision not to be victims of the past and go about creating new lives for ourselves, we are supported by this Power within, and new, happier experiences begin to unfold.
We all have lessons to learn. The things that are so difficult for us are only the lessons we have chosen for ourselves. If things are easy for us, then they are not lessons, but are things we already know.
Our thinking creates our experiences,” she began. “That doesn’t mean the loss didn’t happen or that the grief isn’t real. It means that our thinking shapes our experience of the loss.
If a thought or belief does not serve you, let it go! There is no written law that says that because you once believed something, you have to continue to believe it forever.
Release the past, let it wash away. Take back your own power. Stop dwelling on what you don’t want. Use your mind to create what you “do want.” Let yourself flow with the tide of life.
No person, no place, and no thing has any power over us, for “we” are the only thinkers in our mind. When we create peace and harmony and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives.
We need to choose to release the past and forgive everyone, ourselves included. We may not know how to forgive, and we may not want to forgive, but the very fact that we say we are willing to forgive begins the healing process. It is imperative for our own healing that “we” release the past and forgive everyone. “I forgive you for not being the way I wanted you to be. I forgive you and I set you free.
We need to understand that they were doing the best they could with the understanding, awareness, and knowledge they had at that time.
Love is the most powerful healing force there is. You can take this love out into the world and silently share it with everyone you meet. Love yourself. Love one another. Love the planet and know that we are all one. And so it is.
That which we constantly affirm becomes true for us.
In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I no longer choose to believe in old limitations and lack. I now choose to begin to see myself as the Universe sees me – perfect, whole, and complete. The truth of my Being is that I was created perfect, whole, and complete. I will always be perfect, whole, and complete. I now choose to live my life from this understanding. I am in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing. All is well in my world.
Whenever we are ill, we need to search our hearts to see who it is we need to forgive. The Course in Miracles says that “all disease comes from a state of unforgiveness,” and that “whenever we are ill, we need to look around to see who it is that we need to forgive.
With inner peace, there would be no wars, no gangs, no terrorists, and no homeless.
You are wonderful.” “I love you.” How often do you tell yourself this?

I do not encourage you to blame your parents. We are all victims of victims, and they could not teach you something that they did not know.
Learn to treat doubt as a friend, not the enemy, and thank it for questioning you.
It’s time to put aside all messages that ask you to do anything other than love yourself and focus on creating a stable foundation for lasting change. Self-acceptance is an expansive feeling that can open you up to finding your own answers, beyond what “they” told you. The more you love yourself, the more you are guided to what is truly right for you.
How empty of me to be so full of you.
See peace breaking out all over the planet.
