Sharing is Caring – Teaching our children to share is teaching them compassion and love.
I have this theory that if one person can go out of their way to show compassion then it will start a chain reaction of the same.
Open, honest communication is the best foundation for any relationship, but remember that at the end of the day it’s not what you say or what you do, but how you make people feel that matters the most.
There is no greater disability in society, than the inability to see a person as more.
Never underestimate your ability to make someone else’s life better – even if you never know it.
There’s a story behind every person. There’s a reason why they’re the way they are. Think about that before you judge anyone.
I exist not to be loved and admired, but to love and act. It is not the duty of those around me to love me. Rather, it is my duty to be concerned about the world, about man.
Only by being a man or woman for others does one become fully human.
Empathy is the ultimate form of customer insight.
All beings tremble before violence. All love life. All fear death. See yourself in others. Then whom can you hurt? What harm can you do?
People start to heal the moment they feel heard.
Give me the gift of a listening heart.
Empathy is the capacity to think and feel oneself into the inner life of another person.
We are here to heal, not harm. We are here to love, not hate. We are here to create, not destroy.
Live amongst people in such a manner that if you die they weep over you and if you are alive they crave for your company.
Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.
This is a moment of suffering. Suffering is part of life. May I be kind to myself in this moment. May I give myself the compassion I need.
In a world where you can be anything, choose to be kind.
When little people are overwhelmed by big emotions, it’s our job to share our calm, not join their chaos.
When given the choice between being right and being kind, choose kind.
