What do we live for, if not to make life less difficult for each other?
The happiest people I know are those who lose themselves in the service of others.
Believe, when you are most unhappy, that there is something for you to do in the world. So long as you can sweeten another’s pain, life is not in vain.
There is no better way to thank God for your sight than by giving a helping hand to someone in the dark.
Cure sometimes, treat often, comfort always.
Wherever the art of Medicine is loved, there is also a love of Humanity.
We only have what we give.
The way to achieve your own success is to be willing to help somebody else get it first.
Some believe it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found. It is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love.
One person caring about another represents life’s greatest value.
When you invest in people and lift them toward their potential, they will love you for it.
When you serve others, when you make somebody else’s life better, when you lift up people, when you help heal those that are hurting, not only are they being blessed, but you’re being blessed.
Every second is of infinite value.
To add value to others, one must first value others.
Be intentional about adding value to every person you meet every day.
One person can make a difference, and everyone should try.
If we are strong, our strength will speak for itself. If we are weak, words will be of no help.
Through my obedience to God, He has been able to use my life to help others. It’s been a great journey and I’m looking forward to all the things God has in the future.
It was in my heart to help a little because I was helped much.
There is power in understanding the journey of others to help create your own.
