If you feel a sense of social responsibility, first of all keep working on yourself. Being peaceful yourself is the first step if you want to live in a peaceful universe.
External silence can be the doorway to inner silence.
If you meditate regularly, even when you don’t feel like it, you will make great gains, for it will allow you to see how your thoughts impose limits on you. Your resistances to meditation are your mental prisons in miniature.
The Secret is within you.
The more you pray, the less you’ll panic. The more you worship, the less you worry. You’ll feel more patient and less pressured.
Once you find that peace, that place of peace and quiet, harmony and confidence, that’s when you start playing your best.
Evil is powerless if the good are unafraid.

We carry inside us the wonders we seek outside us.

My dear heart, never think you are better than others. Listen to their sorrows with compassion. If you want peace, don’t harbor bad thoughts, do not gossip and don’t teach what you do not know.
Be melting snow. Wash yourself of yourself.
If it is bread that you seek, you will have bread. If it is the soul you seek, you will find the soul. If you understand this secret, you know you are that which you seek.
Remember, the entrance door to the sanctuary is inside you.
Oh soul, you worry too much. You have seen your own strength. You have seen your own beauty. You have seen your golden wings. Of anything less, why do you worry? You are in truth the soul, of the soul, of the soul.
When you feel a peaceful joy, that’s when you are near truth.
Let the waters settle and you will see the moon and the stars mirrored in your own being.
