Peace is present right here and now, in ourselves and in everything we do and see. Every breath we take, every step we take, can be filled with peace, joy, and serenity. The question is whether or not we are in touch with it. We need only to be awake, alive in the present moment.
Breathing in, there is only the present moment. Breathing out, it is a wonderful moment.
Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace.
Do your work, then step back. The only path to serenity.
Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.
Just remain in the center; watching. And then forget that you are there.
No thought, no mind, no choice – just being silent, rooted in yourself.
The longer and farther I ran, the more I realized that what I was often chasing was a state of mind – a place where worries that seemed monumental melted away, where the beauty and timelessness of the universe, of the present moment, came into sharp focus.
Regardless of the events or circumstances that are happening, remain steady and established in the Self. Then you can be truly happy and blissful.

When you hold resentment toward another, you are bound to that person or condition by an emotional link that is stronger than steel. Forgiveness is the only way to dissolve that link and get free.
The practice of forgiveness is our most important contribution to the healing of the world.
Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself.
There is only one way to happiness and that is to cease worrying about things which are beyond the power of our will.
The future is a concept, it doesn’t exist. There is no such thing as tomorrow. There never will be, because time is always now. That’s one of the things we discover when we stop talking to ourselves and stop thinking. We find there is only present, only an eternal now.
Don’t hurry anything. Don’t worry about the future. Don’t worry about what progress you’re making. Just be entirely content to be aware of what is.
Set peace of mind as your highest goal, and organize your life around it.
Just keep coming home to yourself, you are the one who you’ve been waiting for.
