Meditation is not a withdrawal from life. Meditation is a process of understanding oneself.
The beginner’s mind is the mind of compassion. When our mind is compassionate, it is boundless.

In meditation, healing can happen. When the mind is calm, alert and totally contented, then it is like a laser beam – it is very powerful and healing can happen.
Meditation is the journey from sound to silence, from movement to stillness, from a limited identity to unlimited space.
Letting go a little brings a little peace. Letting go a lot brings a lot of peace. Letting go completely brings complete peace.
When sitting in meditation, say, “That’s not my business!” with every thought that comes by.

As gold purified in a furnace loses its impurities and achieves its own true nature, the mind gets rid of the impurities of the attributes of delusion, attachment and purity through meditation and attains Reality.

In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.
