To practice any art, no matter how well or badly, is a way to make your soul grow. So do it.
Change your thinking. Change your life! Your thoughts create your reality. Practice positive thinking. Act the way you want to be, and soon you will be the way you act.
Winners embrace hard work. They love the discipline of it, the trade-off they’re making to win. Losers, on the other hand, see it as punishment. And that’s the difference.
My day begins and ends with gratitude and joy.

A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in. An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of preaching.
One word after another. That’s the only way that novels get written and, short of elves coming in the night and turning your jumbled notes into Chapter Nine, it’s the only way to do it. So keep on keeping on. Write another word and then another.

In Buddhism, mindfulness is the key. Mindfulness is the energy that sheds light on all things and all activities, producing the power of concentration, bringing forth deep insight and awakening. Mindfulness is the base of Buddhist practice.
Mindfulness must be engaged. Once there is seeing, there must be acting. Otherwise, what’s the use of seeing?
Nobody ever mastered any skill except through intensive, persistent and intelligent practice.
Do all things with love.
I will persist until I succeed. I know that small attempts, repeated, will complete any undertaking.
There is only one cardinal rule: One must always listen to the patient.
Be as simple as you can be; you will be astonished to see how uncomplicated and happy your life can become.
To commune daily with God in deep meditation, and to carry His love and guidance with you into all your dutiful activities, is the way that leads to permanent peace and happiness.
Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better.
