I love the big fresh starts, the clean slates like birthdays and new years, but I also really like the idea that we can get up every morning and start over.
Think thoughts that make you happy. Do things that make you feel good. Be with people who make you feel good. Eat things that make your body feel good. Go at a pace that makes you feel good.
Challenges are opportunities for me to grow. The more I learn, the more equipped I am to handle whatever situations come up.
We need to do a better job of putting ourselves higher on our own ‘to do’ list.
